An F7A and a RS-18 lead a short train with an oversize load out of Hamilton. All that sheet metal on the roof was for keeping snow out of the carbody when snowplowing in the winter.
The F units come home from Stratford for servicing. The baffles were to protect for snow during winter in South Western Ontario.
